Ganz bewusst ist dieses Heft deshalb dialogisch aufgebaut: Der Nutzer / die Nutzerin kann z.B. über sich erzählen, aber auch Fragen stellen, wie es dem Anderen geht oder welche Interessen er oder sie hat. In der Situation „Beim Arzt“ kann das medizinische Personal dem/der HeftnutzerIn zeigen, was passieren wird, um Ängste oder Reaktionen zu vermeiden, die sich aus individuell empfundenen Grenzüberschreitungen ergeben könnten. Um die Akzeptanz zu erhöhen, gibt es jeweils eine Fassung für Frauen und für Männer, die sich auch inhaltlich unterscheiden. Neben der Leserichtung des Arabischen von rechts nach links wurde auch die Blätterrichtung angepasst.
